My initial estimate with Michael went well. It took about a week after I called for him to come by and provide an estimate. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and I received the quote within 24 hours. I decided to go with Concrete Experts based on that interaction. They weren't the cheapest option, but the estimate was the most thorough.
After I accepted the quote, the job was scheduled within seven business days. The crew arrived about an hour early, which was fine, although I didn't receive a call letting me know they were coming. They did a good job lifting my driveway and completing most of the crack and gap fills. They explained the work that had been done and told me not to hesitate to contact them if there were any issues.
Unfortunately, this is where things fell short: communication. Although the initial work looked good, the gap seal between the driveway and garage pad settled too much and is no longer level, and one of the crack fills started to bubble (see attached images). I emailed Jake about the issue but received no response. I also emailed accounting and received no response. Their automated emails say not to hesitate to contact them via email with any issues, but I have yet to hear back. I have now left a voicemail with Benjamin and am waiting for a response.
Since it's so late in the season, I'm not sure whether the gaps and cracks can be resealed now, or even whether they will be looked at in the spring. The crew reassured me that they would return if there were any issues with the job. While the lifting warranty is 15 years, it doesn't appear to address gap and crack fills. My concern is that this portion of the work wasn't completed correctly the first time.
I would like to give Concrete Experts a higher rating because much of the work was done well, but the lack of follow-up and communication has been disappointing.

The ground dropped below the poured concrete and I asked the site super who I should contact to take care of the issue. He recommended the Concrete Experts and they did a great job.

From the initial visit for estimate to dealing with both crews that did the work, every step was smooth and well executed. All questions and concerns were addressed clearly.
They offer many convenient payment options and the office staff very helpful throughout the process.
Would definitely refer to others.

Hired the Concrete Experts to raise and level a 24x24 garage floor (detached garage). They quoted competitively compared to Groundworks, and also seemed to bring a more technical approach to their inspection as opposed to a "sales oriented" approach. They even fit me into their schedule earlier than Groundworks could. Overall, I experienced good service from the Concrete Experts. The team showed up on time and completed-the job in a timely manner. They were also friendly. The crew was unfortunately not able to lift all of the area they had set out to lift. Id say about 80% of area was successfully lifted. My slab was in pretty rough shape, and the type of work obviously isn't an exact science. So I do feel the crew did all they could do. I would have also appreciated better advisory regarding what the effects of lifting the slab could be on the garages structure - prior to the work being done. Once the crew was finished, I was left with an extremely unstable wall and a huge gap between the bottom of the wall and the garage floor. This detail was obviously out of the crews scope of work, but still, in direct result of the work they performed. That said, I would have appreciated more of a heads up on this from the Concrete Experts. As I may have been able to better prepare for this outcome when budgeting the job earlier on. All that said, I would still recommend the Concrete Experts! Lets call it 3.5 stars - Thanks

The work itself was good, but communication was not. Most of the work was done as expected, but they left without quite finishing the work. (I found out later it was due to weather.) However, when I tried to follow up to get the work completed, it was a week and a half before anyone bothered to follow up with me, and that was after me reaching out multiple times. When they did finally reach out, I was able to get the work done.

I had my exposed aggregate driveway cleaned and re-sealed. The guys were prompt, helpful, and polite. Second time using this company and I would use them again.
