Concrete Sealing Sales & Operations Assistant
Job Description
As Sealing Division Sales & Operations Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Sealing Division Manager. You will utilize an expert knowledge of concrete coatings to generate residential sales, for which you will earn a commission. You will work with the sealing crew(s) to create a realistic schedule for work orders to be completed. You will then be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and issuing invoices for completed work.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
- Completing on-site estimates with or without clients present
- Sending and closing on estimates sent to clients
- Scheduling work orders on the crew schedule
- Providing clients with a work order schedule and reminders
- Ensuring client satisfaction with completed work
- Sending and collecting on invoices for completed work
Secondary:
- Working on the crew in the case of crew vacations or sickness
- Assisting in targeted advertising
- Completing commercial estimates with Division Manager
- Other tasks as agreed upon

- Ensuring each work order has adequate information for a seamless hand off to the operations teams.
